For years, I have always wanted to try and make a photography blog but never really got around to it. I wanted to share to the world how amazing these fragments of my memories are. By now, I think you've probably guessed how much photography really means to a person like me.

The photos that I take are more than just still captures, they are a recollection of the series of events that have transpired over the course of my seventeen years of living. I've actually been planning to make a photography blog ever since I stumbled upon The Lonely Walkers' blog. They truly inspired me to create one of my own after I realized how seeing the photos taken by them triggered this almost-alien feeling inside of me that made me want to lose myself in a state of wonder. Isn't it funny how something that's still and motionless can ignite such excitement in me?

Little by little, these photographs turned into a way for me to express myself, much like writing. Unlike writing though, photography allows me to say everything I want to say without even uttering a single word which, to me is a form of magic that no man can ever fake. As I allow myself to marvel at beauty, my mind ponders over the story behind it. How was it made, when was it made, who that person is, where did they come from, what is their background, it allows me to be experimental without overreaching a certain imaginary boundary because what I see isn't always what I get.

I guess it's true what they say - a picture is worth a thousand words.
